US steps up to the civilized world on Christmas Eve

It's been a long time coming but this amazing Congress has put together the US health care package that puts us in the same league as most of the rest of the civilized world in the 21st century. 'Bout time! John Adams in his letters speaks of our government showing responsibility to its citizens with a health care plan of some kind as he frames the Constitution of the United States, Presidents Teddy Roosevelt and Dick Nixon proposed a government plan for health insurance but it went by the wayside. President Harry Truman paved the way for Medicare and President Johnson signed in the Medicare and Medicade bill.

It's a wonderful gift to the people of this nation for Christmas. Thank you President Obama and the 111th Congress and

MERRY CHRISTMAS AMERICA!!
