Some of my excitement for the holidays...this painting honoring my daughter's decision when she was 16 to add my middle name Michele as her own, is hanging in the show Family at the San Jose Museum of Art! I am so thrilled! It is painted with acrylics and metallic powders and depicts a work in art in progress as God continues to call her.
I've won awards from major museums for my body of work but this is my first actual showing in one. The show's theme is families of artists in area of Silicon Valley.
