Three cheers for California and the Public Utilities Commission! It's official, our state will offer rebates for solar panels worth over $3 billion to customers from 2007-2016. That is for homes and businesses to invest in renewable energy for our future. The Commission voted 3-1 and now it is official!
California took a giant leap forward into the positive future and I know these rebates will be used up quickly. But we aren't even pioneering or paving the way. Well, maybe for America. Europe is fast forwarded in many places selling back energy stored up from wind or solar power only in Scotland, Germany and in our hemisphere, Costa Rica is 90% renewable energy!
We can do it! Thank you everyone who made 1 million solar homes possible!
